Client Challenge

The Society, as part of its BAU operations, required support to augment its IT Risk team, orientated to Cybersecurity and IT Controls.

What We Did

As part of the support, the TORI team conducted activities such as:

  • Analysis of the existing DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies and procedures, KRIs and other elements established by the organisation
  • Support on designing DLP dashboard and key risk indicators
  • Perform analysis; considering the type of Operating system / device user and the risk associated to each user profile
  • Support other BAU activities related to IT control & Risk

Outcome & Results

As a result of the engagement, the client obtained:

  • DLP paper: an internal discussion paper with key findings and risks associated to data management and potential vulnerabilities
  • User profiling: based on the operating system used by employees, the team identified potential threats and gaps In compared with the Society’s operating standards
  • Support for regular IT Risk & Cybersecurity BAU activities
