What We Did

  • TORI delivered a tailored, global leadership and management development programme that reinforced the company’s values and behaviours, and standardised leadership and management across the organisation.

The Result

  • Two core programmes (‘Managing for Success’ and ‘Leading for Success’) were delivered to countries including Brazil, Singapore, Hong Kong, and in New York, London, Paris and Brussels.
  • In total, 1,500 employees at the bank took part in the leadership programmes.
